We are seeking a
Warehouse Associate to join our team at our location in Hodgkins, IL.
The expected hours for this position will be 2:30 pm to 11pm pm Monday through Friday.
Reporting to the department Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for picking orders and/or packing final orders destined for a customer.
The Associate is responsible for moving quickly, efficiently, and safely to be a productive team member.
Requirements
Job Duties: - Read part numbers from orders and receive voice commands on headset
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately
- Pull parts from shelf locations
- Visually inspect parts picked for accuracy
- Assemble complete orders with accurate parts
- Push a cart with products across the warehouse
- Must comply with all safety policies and procedures at all times
- Required to maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements: - Ability to understand work instructions clearly
- Able to lift 50lbs frequently and 75lbs occasionally
- Able to read, write and distinguish part numbers
- Able to hear, push, pull, bend, reach, and lift safely
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toe shoes at all times
Education: - High School Diploma preferred
Experience: - Large warehouse distribution experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- One year related experience and/or training
- 6 months experience with scanner
Starting at $17.94hr
