Reporting to the Online Program Manager, the Instructional Production Specialist (IPS) will be an important team member in Baruch College’s Digital Learning Hub. The IPS will be a part of the Digital Learning Hub media team. Within the team, IPSes have designated areas of focus, as assigned.
Aligned with Baruch 2028: Unstoppable strategic plan, the Digital Learning Hub (DLH) is dedicated to creating transformative and inclusive educational opportunities. Our core mission is to support faculty in developing and delivering engaging, high-quality, and fully asynchronous courses and programs. By focusing on pedagogical excellence and leveraging technology, we ensure that every online learning experience at Baruch meets the highest standards, preparing our students for a rapidly evolving world. The DLH serves as a central resource for building an online learning environment that is both effective and deeply aligned with the College's strategic vision.
The work and nature of this role require a non-traditional work schedule. This schedule may adjust over time based on faculty needs, with evening and weekend hours a requirement of the position.

Compensation and Benefits:
$74,490- $82,663; Salary commensurate with education and experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and four years' related experience required.
