divh2Mid-Level Humint Analyst/h2pPraescient Analytics is seeking a Mid-Level Humint Analyst to provide operational and analytical support to U.S. Army intelligence missions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Intelligence (Humint) operations, coupled with experience in data analysis, operational planning, and decision support. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance and a proven ability to work within dynamic, multi-agency environments./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliProvide Humint operations and planning support to Army and joint intelligence missions./liliCollect, analyze, and interpret data to develop actionable insights supporting decision-making, policy formulation, and operational planning./liliFormulate and apply mathematical modeling and optimization methods to enhance mission efficiency and resource allocation./liliDevelop and maintain decision support tools, software, and analytic products that improve operational outcomes./liliSupport and de-conflict Humint operations, plans, and capacity-building requirements and activities./liliUse key systems and tools such as the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), Joint Training and Information Management System (JTIMS), SharePoint, and Google Earth to support intelligence planning and execution./liliLiaise with interagency (IA) and foreign partners to coordinate theater Humint operations and intelligence sharing./liliContribute expertise to regional and transregional Counterterrorism (CT) and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) missions./li/ulh3Required Qualifications:/h3ulliActive TS/SCI clearance./liliFormal Intelligence school course (typically 2+ months in duration, full time, resulting in an Intelligence MOS from the military (e.g. All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, Humint, etc.)/lili3-7 years of experience in Humint analysis, collection management, or operational support./liliStrong understanding of Army intelligence operations and Humint methodologies./liliProficiency with DRRS, JTIMS, SharePoint, and geospatial tools such as Google Earth./liliExperience supporting interagency coordination and foreign partner engagement./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear, concise intelligence products./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications:/h3ulliExperience in Counterterrorism (CT) or Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) mission areas./liliBackground in mathematical modeling, data analytics, or operations research./liliPrior military or DoD intelligence experience, particularly within Army or joint commands./li/ulh3Benefits:/h3ulliCompetitive salary based on qualifications and experience./liliComprehensive, company paid healthcare for you (We pay your premiums and deductibles)./lili401(k) with company match./liliTravel performance incentives./lili3 weeks paid time off (plus Federal Holidays)./lili$5K annual training allowance./lili$500 book allowance./liliTuition reimbursement program./li/ulpPraescient Analytics is a Certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) with over a decade of expertise in advanced analytics, engineering, and DevOps, specializing in transforming complex data into actionable intelligence for informed decision-making.
