Position Overview:

A senior executive at a globally recognized, fast-growing organization is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join an established support team. This role supports a very active senior executive and blends both professional and personal responsibilities. This role is well suited for a highly organized assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs proactively, values structure, and is comfortable juggling competing priorities while supporting a senior executive with discretion and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive personal and professional support to a senior executive, including scheduling, reservations, appointments, and household-related needs.
  • Manage calendars, organize agendas, and assist with event planning while balancing shifting priorities.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate task lists for both business and personal matters, including important dates and commitments.
  • Track multiple projects simultaneously, monitoring timelines, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate regularly with internal team members to ensure alignment and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as meeting notes, data entry, document organization, and correspondence.
  • Support wardrobe and style logistics, including personal shopping, organization, and preparation for daily needs and special events.
  • Assist with monitoring and managing social media accounts to support online presence and engagement.
  • Take on additional personal, creative, or executive support tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative, secretarial, or personal assistant role.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to take on tasks of all sizes.
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with or exposure to social media platforms and basic account management.
  • Ability to provide standardized academic test scores as part of the application process.

Salary Range: $80k - $110k
