Project Manager

Concrete Project Manager

Location: Raleigh, NC

Salary: $90k-$110k

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Concrete Project Manager to oversee and manage concrete projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of concrete projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to meet project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all project activities.
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including clients and upper management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the concrete industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
