Territory Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven track record in  B2B sales  or business development.
• Strong prospecting skills and ability to meet/exceed activity and revenue goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with  CRM systems  for tracking activity and managing pipelines.
• Ability to calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and margins accurately.

Territory Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Execute daily prospecting activities (calls, emails, in-person visits, mailers) to secure appointments.
• Conduct building surveys and prepare detailed proposals for managed janitorial services.
• Manage all steps of the sales process, from survey through proposal delivery and follow-up.
• Prepare and present quarterly territory plans to sales leadership.
• Maintain detailed, accurate CRM records after every prospect interaction.
• Conduct weekly territory planning and participate in required meetings and training sessions.
