Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Located in Gasquet, CA, this contract position offers an opportunity to provide essential psychological services within a K-12 school setting from ASAP through June 16, 2026. This role requires a dedicated school psychologist to support students across all grade levels with comprehensive assessments and active involvement in the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough evaluations, re-evaluations, and assessments for students in kindergarten through 12th grade. You will collaborate closely with the special education team, contributing expert insights during IEP meetings and helping to shape individualized support plans that meet student needs. This onsite role requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, with 6.5 paid hours out of a 7.0-hour scheduled day.
Required qualifications for this position include possession of a valid California School Psychologist license, along with a PPS (Pupil Personnel Services) Credential. Experience working with K-12 populations and a solid understanding of assessment techniques and special education regulations are essential to success in this role.
