Licensed Texas School Psychologist Full-Time Contract Role | Spring, TX

A K-12 school in Spring, TX is seeking a licensed Texas School Psychologist (LSSP/PSYCH) to provide comprehensive psychological services for the upcoming school year (contract through 6/4/2026). This on-site position plays a critical role in supporting student success and well-being through evaluations, behavior support, and consultation within a public school setting.

Location:Spring, TX (South/Southeast Houston area)

Position Details:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week; no part-time applicants
• Contract duration: immediate start through June 4, 2026
• Onsite, school-based setting supporting K-12 students
• Interview conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams (1530 minutes)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid Texas LSSP or Psychologist license required (submission of license screenshot mandatory)
• Prior school-based psychology experience essential
• Familiarity with supporting students with Autism and behavioral challenges preferred
• Must be able to complete district fingerprinting promptly upon hire
• Reliable transportation with comfortable commute to Spring, TX
• No VOCO candidates considered at this time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to support student learning and behavior
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Provide consultation and counseling services promoting positive school climate and student wellness
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting compliant with district requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities
