What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a passionate, proactive Venue Leader to run Immersive Gamebox Newport on the Levee. This role is accountable for the total performance of the venue: operations, team leadership, financial health, local marketing execution, and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Job PurposeAs the Venue Leader of NKY, you will be the on the ground leader responsible for daily operations, venue standards, local initiatives, and the overall success of the site. You will collaborate closely with cross functional partners in Tech, HR, Finance, and Marketing to deliver consistent results.
Annual Salary: 46,000 to 56,000
Bonus Potential: Up to 10 percent annual performance based incentive
Target Start: Early January
Lead all day to day operations at Immersive Gamebox NKY
Recruit, train, develop, and coach a high performing team
Deliver consistent five star guest experiences while maintaining a safe, efficient venue
Cover solo shifts when required under our lean labor model
Execute local marketing activities, community partnerships, and outbound group sales efforts
Monitor revenue, KPIs, labor budgets, and guest satisfaction metrics
Manage payroll, scheduling, safety compliance, and brand standards
Collaborate cross functionally to align NKY with national initiatives
Build a culture of accountability, creativity, and team pride
Two or more years as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in hospitality, retail, or entertainment
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver strong results
Familiarity with POS systems, P&L oversight, scheduling, and venue operations
Comfortable in a hands on environment with a guest first mindset
Background in food and beverage, family entertainment, or event driven environments
Experience with local marketing, community outreach, or social media campaigns
Strong time management and the ability to prioritize effectively
Lead by example and inspire others
Enjoy building systems, improving processes, and scaling what works
Think strategically while staying comfortable rolling up your sleeves
Value guest experience as highly as operational performance
