We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant/Personal Assistant with a strong orientation towards sales and marketing. In a fast-paced startup environment, this role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, managing schedules, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work setting. Key Responsibilities Manage Schedules and Appointments: Coordinate the executive team’s calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements. Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, creating content, and managing social media accounts. Communication Management: Handle and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and other communications, ensuring timely responses. Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability. Project Assistance: Conduct research and provide support for various sales and marketing projects and initiatives. Document Preparation: Assist with the creation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Digital Organization: Maintain and organize digital files and documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval. Internal Coordination: Facilitate communication between the executive team and other departments to streamline operations. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. Administrative Tasks: Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the executive team and overall company operations. Qualifications Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills. Sales and Marketing Experience: Experience in sales support, marketing, or related roles. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Independence: Ability to work independently and resolve issues proactively. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). Experience: Previous experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Confidentiality: Discreet and professional when handling confidential information. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills. Collaboration: Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Adaptability: Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
