Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based | Full-Time or Part-Time

\nPediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is looking for a committed and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an elementary Emotional Support (ES) program. This role focuses on providing high-quality behavior support, completing FBAs, and partnering with school teams to help students succeed!

\n What You’ll Do
\n• Provide behavior support within an elementary Emotional Support program
\n• Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven behavior plans
\n• Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families
\n• Offer guidance on behavior intervention strategies
\n• Optional opportunities based on your interest
\n• Contribute to districtwide behavioral initiatives
\n
\n What We’re Looking For
\n• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
\n• Experience in school settings or with Emotional Support/behavioral needs preferred
\n• Strong communication and collaboration skills
\n• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n• Current clearances or willingness to obtain school-based clearances
\n
